I hired James to help with the sale of my house in Arlington that we lived in for over 25 years. James was able to meet our expectations and held three open houses in one weekend and we received over 15 offers on our home. All during a blizzard! We went forward with the open house anyway, and we had a great turnout. James always kept us informed when issues arose, and made sure our closing went smoothly. James is a top-notch realtor who takes pride in his work, and is willing to go the extra mile to make things happen.

James Trano did an outstanding job helping me sell my home in Arlington. He clearly explained all the details and ins and outs of the sale and determining an axing rice griot to my decision to sell, was informative and attentive throughout the process without being pushy, gave me great and very useful advice prior to the sale to prepare it for showing and went beyond why I would consider the call of duty, including buying and then personally installing smoke and monoxide detectors! James's good humor greatly contributed to making the entire process a pleasant one for me. He gets my highest recommendation.

James spent a year showing us houses in two different cities. He helped us understand the market, and our needs, and we never felt rushed. To say that James went over and above would be an understatement. He was on top of every detail of the purchase and sale of our house and the new house. He facilitated the many activities required, helped detangle a couple of messy situations, sourced professionals and trades people to answer questions, assess cost, and every other detail you can imagine. He is very professional, enjoys working with his clients, and is incredibly hard working for you. In the end, we sold our condo in one week, and we bought a house in a competitive market in a town that had 5 listings a month! I would not hesitate to work with him again.
